Hand and Arm Mobile Therapy of The Carolinas, LLC DBA Carolina Therapies is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of your health information.   • If you believe your privacy rights have been violated, you have the right to file a complaint with us or with the Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services. We will not retaliate against you for filing a complaint.
